APPLICATIONS

Assemble four 1x4 panels into a Drop-In 4x4 Section by installing 6 self-aligning Connecting Clips from the bottom side. It only takes a minute or two. First, lay panels upside down on a flat surface (orient Dock-Top logos molded into the top deck surface all in same direction). Using a hammer, tap the Connecting Clips at the ribs at panel joints approximately 12" from edge. Do not attempt to remove Connecting Clips.

For installations where Dock-Top decking is to stay in place, use 2 additional Connecting Clips to connect 4x4 sections together into a decking "sheet". For installations involving removable drop-in sections, we recommend securing each section to the frame with Deck Lockers, cable ties or with screws. Otherwise, slight shifting of deck panels may occur, depending on the application.

Optional Deck Lockers
Use Deck Lockers (4 Deck Lockers recommended per 4x4 section) to lock panels to dock frame to prevent shifting and blow-off. Holes are pre-drilled in the bottom of the panels to allow up to 6 deck lockers per 4x4 section. Mount at panel joints approximately 2-1/4" from edge of panels. Locate swivel to outside of panel.
